Home Pickup – Collection of Your Bike
Save time: we come directly to pick up your bike at your home and take it to our Cycles Dumon workshop for maintenance or repair. A simple, convenient service designed to save you the trip.
How does the service work?
The home pickup service allows you to have your bike maintained or repaired without having to go anywhere. We arrange a pickup directly from your home and then take it to our workshop to carry out the necessary work quickly and professionally.
You are calling us to arrange an appointment.
We will set a time slot that works for you, based on your availability and our schedule.
We are coming to pick up your bike at your home.
We will arrive at the agreed address at the time of the appointment to collect your bike in person.
Your bike is repaired / serviced in our workshop.
We perform the necessary maintenance or repair, and then we contact you as soon as the bike is ready.
The home pickup service is limited to standard bikes. Cargo and longtail bikes are not supported.

Important: The above rate applies only to the pickup. The return of the bike is optional and is charged at the same rate as the pickup.
